OXVA NeXLIM 2 Mini research-based review

What it is

The OXVA NeXLIM 2 Mini is a refillable pod device for adult mouth-to-lung and restricted direct-lung users. It sits below the larger NeXLIM 2 by dropping the screen and wider adjustment features, while keeping a 1500 mAh battery and NeXLIM cartridge compatibility.

On OXVA’s official NeXLIM 2 Mini page, the manufacturer lists dimensions of 113.5 mm by 28.5 mm by 18 mm and a weight of 59 g. It lists 5-30 W output, USB-C charging at 5 V/2 A, side airflow control, an aluminium alloy body and an LED rather than a display. The official comparison section also describes three-level airflow and Boost/Eco mode switching.

UK version and cartridge fit

OXVA lists 4 ml cartridges in some markets, but the same official page specifies a 2 ml TPD version. That 2 ml cartridge is the relevant format for UK buyers. The TPD standard kit listing shows one NeXLIM 2 Mini device, one 0.8 ohm NeXLIM Cartridge UNITECH 3.0 2 ml pod, a use suggestion card and a user manual.

The page lists compatibility with 0.6, 0.8 and 1.2 ohm NeXLIM cartridges. In plain terms, that gives an adult user room to choose a tighter, lower-power setup or a warmer, airier one, but the device is still a pod kit rather than a full adjustable mod. The touch control changes mode rather than giving detailed wattage selection.

Independent evidence and caveats

Ecigclick reviewed the NeXLIM 2 Mini in June 2026. Its review broadly supports the idea that the device is easy to use, has airflow range for both MTL and RDL use, and benefits from quick USB-C charging. It also flags practical limitations: the device is on the larger side for a product called Mini, Eco mode did not make a large battery-life difference in that review, and the touch control could be triggered accidentally.

Those observations are useful, but they remain reviewer experience rather than guaranteed results. We have not measured charging time, battery life, flavour output, leak resistance or cartridge lifespan. OXVA’s cartridge lifespan and flavour-consistency statements should be treated as manufacturer claims unless supported by repeatable independent testing.

Who it may suit

The NeXLIM 2 Mini may suit an adult smoker or existing vaper who wants a refillable pod with a larger battery than many slim stick devices, but who does not want a full screen or a detailed settings menu. It is probably less suitable for someone who wants the smallest possible pod, exact wattage control, or a device with a lockable physical fire button.

NHS advice frames vaping as less harmful than smoking but not harmless, and says children and non-smokers should never vape. For day-to-day safety, London Fire Brigade advises using products from reputable retailers, following supplied instructions and not leaving devices charging unattended or overnight.
